
This course is part of the group "Central Topics in Psychology: Individual Differences" and addresses the topics of basic and applied research in relation to the study of variability in the most relevant and most traditional psychological dimensions: personality and intelligence. In this course, the student will know some of the main theoretical and conceptual perspectives on these dimensions and will be able to identify and understand the different research methods used in the study of individual differences. In addition to the theoretical and methodological elements of the psychology of individual differences, the course will discuss the relationship between differential variables and cultural factors, sexual differences, or physical and mental health, among other topics.
